2. Ray: digit & metatarsal.

3. Transmetatarsal.

4. Lisfranc: through the Lisfranc joint.

5. Chopart: amputation between the talus and the calcaneus proximally and the cuboid and the navicular distally (trans-carpal).

6. Syme's: ankle disarticulation/tibio-talar disarticulation.

7. Transtibial amputation.

8. Knee disarticulation.

9. Transfemoral amputation.

10. Hip disarticulation.

11. Hind-quarter amputation.
