SUMMARY
1. Peritoneum: draped across the anterior surface of the S1-2.
2. Retroperitoneal rectum: lies against the anterior surface of S3-5.
3. The fascia of Waldeyer + superior rectal vessels: lie between the sacrum behind + peritoneum/rectum in front.
