MOTOR ASSESSMENT
1. Motor power1
2. Primitive reflexes (presence of multiple primitive reflexes are usually assoc. with diffuse cerebral disease involving the frontal lobes and frontal association areas): grasping reflex, palmomental reflex, snout/pouting1
3. Gait apraxia: marked unsteadiness in walking, gait is bizarre, shuffling/magnetic1

VERBAL ASSESSMENT

5. Initiation: name number of animals in one minute2
