SUMMARY

1. Flexion: by longus capitis, (bilateral) sternocledomastoids

2. Extension: by semispinalis capitis

3. Abduction/lateral flexion: by (unilateral) scalenus anterior, sternocleidomastoid, trapezius, longismus capitis, etc.

4. Rotation: by (unilateral) sternocleidomastoid, splenius capitis and inferior oblique
