2. 70% of total body sodium is in a readily exchangeable state (~3000 mmol)

3. 90% of total body potassium is in a readily exchangeable state (~3000 mmol)

4. Serum osmolality is ~300 mosm/L

5. pH of ECF is 7.35-7.45
