SUMMARY

1. Screen for high, age-adjusted IGF-1.

2. Diagnosis: failure to suppress GH with 75gm oral glucose (OGTT).

3. Check PRL: 25% tumors are mixed.

4. Imaging investigation: MRI brain (pit fossa).

5. After confirmation: check (formal) visual fields, echo and colonoscopy to look for complications.
