1. Acquired: trauma, eosinophilic granuloma, sarcoidosis, granulomatosis with polyangitis, CA, Sheehan syndrome, idiopathic

B. NEPHROGENIC (DECREASED RESPONSE TO ADH)
3. Acquired: lithium, any causes of severe hypercalcemia (> 11 mg/dL)
4. Genetic: mutations in the ADH receptor or aquaporin
