Fall in systolic BP greater than 15mmHg and/or diastolic BP greater 10mmHg on standing.
HYPERTENSION
1. Grade 1: 140-159/90-99mmHg
2. Grade 2: 160-179/100-109mmHg
3. Grade 3: >180/110mmHg
