SUMMARY

1. ST elevation > 1 mm in leads without Q waves from prior MI and excluding aVR, aVL, and V12. Decrease in systolic BP > 10 mmHg when accompanied by evidence of ischemia
3. Moderate-to-severe angina
4. CNS symptoms (ataxia, dizziness, near syncope)
5. Signs of poor perfusion (cyanosis/pallor)
6. Sustained 2nd or 3rd degree AV block
7. Patient factors: technical difficulties, patient requesting to stop
