SUMMARY

1. Indications: symptomatic bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, AV node problems.

2. Most common pacemaker: Dual-chamber paced, dual-chamber sensed, dual response to sensing (triggered & inhibited).

3. DDD is most physiologic & provides better exercise tolerance.
