SUMMARY

1. Patients who are survivors of cardiac arrest due to VF/VT.2. Structural heart disease and spontaneous sustained VT (> 30 sec).
3. Syncope with sustained VT/VF.
4. VT/VF & ischaemic heart failure and/or non-ischaemic dilated cardiomyopathy.
