Factors that increase probability of CAD:
1. Chest pain: typical vs. atypical (greater risk in typical chest pain)
2. Cardiovascular risk factors: refer to CARDIOVASCULAR RISK FACTORS

3. Associated conditions
- Increased myocardial O2 demand: hyperthyroidism, cocaine use, uncontrolled HTN, AS, HCM
- Decreased myocardial blood supply: anaemia, hypoxia, thrombocytosis, polycythemia
