MEDICATIONS
1. Tricyclic antidepressants: amitriptyline, nortriptyline
2. Pregabalin (Lyrica), duloxetine (Cymbalta), and milnacipran (Savella) are the only FDA–approved medications to treat fibromyalgia
3. Muscle relaxants (cyclobenzaprine, tizanidine)
4. Analgesia: tramadol
