SUMMARY

1. Patient education, mindfulness education.

2. Energy conservation/fatigue management strategy: planning, pacing, prioritising, positioning (4 Ps).

3. Decrease work hours and take leave regularly.

4. Modify home environment.

5. Organize workplace environment: desk near toilet and amenities, use lifts, work from home.

6. Exercises: low to moderate intensity aerobic, isokinetic, isometric, resistance and endurance training.

7. Hydrotherapy.

NB: cause of fatigue being depleted neurones resulting in muscles tiring more easily, metabolic changes, weight loss, respiratory dysfunction.
