SUMMARY

1. Alport's is a hereditary (usually X-linked) syndrome with chronic glomemlonephritis +/- nerve deafness and congenital eye problems involving lenses, retinas, and corneas.

2. Treatment includes ACEis or ARBs.

3. Renal transplant in severe cases.
