SUMMARY

1. The cephalic vein drains the dorsal venous network on the radial side, beginning in the anatomical snuff box.
2. It runs in the upper arm lateral to the biceps ⟹ in the deltopectoral groove ⟹ perforates the clavipectoral fascia ⟹ drains into the axillary vein.
