SUMMARY

1. Blood predominantly in the 3rd or 4th ventricle indicates a lower posterior fossa source such as PICA or vertebral artery origin

2. Blood in the anterior interhemispheric fissure: ACOM aneurysm

3. Blood in the Sylvian fissure: PCOM or MCA aneurysm
