1. Mucosa: stomatitis
2. Lungs: fibrosis, pneumonia (from immunosuppression)
2. Bone marrow: myelosuppression
3. Liver: hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis
4. Kidneys: nephrotoxicity
5. Joints: worsens rheumatoid nodules
6. Teratogenicity: contraindicated in pregnancy
7. Infection: increased risk of wound infection
