2. High intake of fatty foods, organ meat, red meat, and seafood
3. Soft drinks/fructose consumption
4. Trauma

6. Starvation/Dehydration
7. Drugs: thiazide and loop diuretics, nicotinic acid, low-dose aspirin, tacrolimus, cyclosporine, ethambutol
