SUMMARY
1. Anti-dsDNA (in high titer), anti-ribosomal P protein and anti-Smith (anti-Sm) are very specific for SLE.
2. Anti-U1-RNP: absence of the antibody excludes MCTD.
3. Antihistone: very sensitive (> 95%) for drug-induced lupus, absence effectively rules out DIL.
4. Anti-Scl-70 is specific for progressive systemic sclerosis.
