SUMMARY

Different concept from the femoral TRIANGLE! The femoral canal lies WITHIN the triangle. It's boundaries & contents are:
1. Anterior - inguinal ligament.
2. Medial - lacunar ligament.
3. Posterior - pectineal ligament.
4. Lateral - femoral vein.
5. Contents - deep inguinal LN of Cloquet (which drains the glans penis/clitoris).
