SUMMARY

1. O: humeral head - medial epicondyle of humerus. Ulnar head - medial olecranon & subcutaneous border of ulna. 2. I: hook of hamate, pisiform & 5th MC base.
3. NS: ulnar n.
4. A: flexes & adducts the wrist.
