SUMMARY

1. Origin (O): long head - supraglenoid tubercle. Short head - tip of corocoid process.
2. Insertion (I): tendon - radial tuberosity. Bicipital aponeurosis - subcutaneous border of proximal ulna.
3. Nerve Supply (NS): musculocutaneous n.
4. Action (A): elbow flexion & forearm supination.
