SUMMARY

1. Origin: posterior cord of brachial plexus, C5-T1.
 2. Runs posterior to axillary a.
3. Lies anterior to subscapularis, teres major, latissimus dorsi.
4. Lies lateral to profunda brachi a. 
5. Gives off posterior cutaneous n. of arm.
