1. ROOTS - lie b/w the SCALENEUS ANTERIOR & SCALENEUS MEDIUS.
2. TRUNKS - lateral to SCALENEUS ANTERIOR.
3. DIVISIONS - lie behind the clavicle.
4. CORDS - arranged around the second part of the AXILLARY ARTERY.
