SUMMARY


1. O: edge of the inferior pubic ramus.
 2. I: together with the tendons of the SARTORIUS (in front) & SEMITENDINOSUS (behind) forms a conjoint tendon (Pes Anserinus) to be inserted into the anteromedial subcutaneous surface of the proximal tibia.
3. NS: anterior division of the Obturator n.
4. A: adducts, flexes & internally rotates the leg.
