SUMMARY
Secondary HTN comprises only 5% of HTN cases. Causes:
1. Renovascular hypertension
2. Primary hyperaldosteronism
3. Cushing syndrome
4. Coarctation of the aorta
5. Thyroid/parathyroid disease
6. Chronic kidney disease
7. Sleep apnea
8. Drugs
9. Phaeochromocytoma.
