SUMMARY
Fingers go white → blue → red. Benign condition, but can lead to digital ulceration.
CAUSES (Mnemonic: HARD Connection)
1. Haematological: polycythemia, leukaemia, cold agglutinin disease
2. Arterial: embolism, Buerger's disease, smoking
3. Reflex: Reynaud's disease (idiopathic), repetitive stress injury (RSI)
4. Drugs: beta-blockers
5. CT diseases: SLE, systemic sclerosis, RA
