SUMMARY

1. assoc. with pleuritic chest pain - pneumonia, PE, pleurisy, trauma, pneumothorax.

2. assoc. with central + non-pleuritic chest pain - AMI, PE.

3. No chest pain - PE, APO, respiratory acidosis.

4. assoc. with cough + wheeze - COPD, asthma, CCF, inhalation of bronchial irritants.
