SUMMARY
1. O: transverse head - 3rd metacarpal. Oblique head - capitate, bases of 2nd & 3rd metacarpals.
2. I: medial side of base of proximal phalanx of the thumb.
3. NS: deep branch of ulnar n.
4. BS: deep palmar arch.
5. A: adducts thumb.
