SUMMARY

1. O: lateral aspect of lateral femoral condyle & lateral meniscus.
2. I: posterior tibia (above soleal line).
3. NS: tibial n.
4. A: unlocks the knee by rotating the femur clockwise on the fixed tibia; weak flexor of knee.
