SUMMARY

The World Federation of Neurological Surgeons (WFNS) scale to describe SAH severity:
1. Grade 1: GCS 15
2. Grade 2: GCS 13-14 without any deficit
3. Grade 3: GCS 13-14 with deficit
4. Grade 4: GCS 7-12, poor prognosis
5. Grade 5: GCS 3-6, very poor prognosis
