1. L4 + 5 + S1 - nerve to the quadratus femoris.
2. L5 + S1 + 2 - nerve to the obturator internus.
3. L4 + 5 + S1 + 2 + 3 - TIBIAL PART OF THE SCIATIC NERVE.
