AND BELOW THE PIRIFORMIS

ABOVE
1. Superior gluteal nerve.
2. Superior gluteal vessels. 


BELOW
1. Inferior gluteal nerve.
2. Inferior gluteal vessels. 
3. Peudendal nerve and vessels. 
4. Nerve to the obturator internus. 
5. Sciatic nerve. 
6. Posterior femoral cutaneous nerve (lying on the sciatic nerve).
7. Nerve to the quadratus femoris.
