SUMMARY

1. Origin - L1 & L2. Passes through the psoas.

SENSORY
2. L1 - femoral part (cutaneous), supplies area of skin under the inguinal ligament (over the femoral triangle).
3. L2 - genital part (genital), supplies spermatic cord/round ligament, spermatic fasciae, tunica vaginalis.

MOTOR
4. Motor - cremasteric muscle.

NOTE
5. Does not supply testis or scrotal skin.
