SUMMARY

TIP: EPL, EI, SUPINATOR arise from the ulna

1. O: deep part - supinator crest of ulna. Superficial part - lateral epicondyle of humerus, radial collateral ligament & behind supinator crest of ulna. 2. I: posterior, lateral & anterior surfaces of proximal 1/3 of radius.
3. NS: posterior interosseous branch of radial n.
4. A: supinates forearm.
