SUMMARY
1. O: supraspinous fossa of scapula & deep fascia.
2. I: superior facet of greater tuberosity of humerus.
3. NS: suprascapular n.
4. A: Abducts shoulder (first 30 degrees).
5. A bursa separates it from the lateral 1/4 of the supraspinous fossa.
