SUMMARY

4. CNS: slurred speech, drowsiness, seizures.
5. CVS: bradycardia, heart block, asystole. 

DOSAGE
6. Initially 1 mg/kg bolus after the third DC shock, additional bolus of 0.5 mg/kg (up to 200 mg) may be considered.
