1. Amphotericin B causes ATN at a cumulative dose at &gt; 3 gm,  causing Type 1 &amp; 2 RTA.
<br/>2. Aminoglycosides (AG) cause proximal tubule damage, GFR begins to fall 5-7 days after the start. OD dosing is less nephrotoxic than multi-daily doses. Gentamicin is the most toxic AG.
<br/>3. Cisplatin causes a magnesiuria and hypomagnesemia.
